Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree of Quantity Surveying with First Class Honours from world top ranked university, Mr. Lee has working relationship with several heavyweight construction companies including developer, main contractor in building, engineering and infrastructure field and consultant firm.

In the past 15 years, he gained various types of project experiences, ranging from Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel (SMART) project, Electrified Double Tracking project (Ipoh to Padang Besar), Sewer Network and Sewerage Treatment System to high rise and landed building construction. His expertise includes providing project costing and contract management to maximise operational performance.

Mr. Lee even pursued further studies in Chinese Metaphysics course that related to Feng Shui, Ba Zi, Yi Yan Duan and Physiognomy at a renowned professional Feng Shui institution certified by ISO 9001. He tends to integrate the knowledge and adopt it as one of the services provided by LTE Builders Sdn Bhd. This add values to his clients, thus obtaining more positive energy through the makeover and/or construction.
